How it works
I spend a long time reading client’s design briefs and delivering concepts that meet expectations. All my logo design packages come with unlimited design revisions as standard at no extra cost. I want you to be 100% happy with your experience dealing with Design FX so I won’t stop until you fall in love with your new design.
Step 1 – Select a package and submit your brief
Choose from one of my custom logo design packages (remember, you can add stationery, website and flyer/brochure options to your order too) and supply Design FX with your design specifications by answering the logo design brief questionnaire which will be emailed to you.
You will then receive an order confirmation email and an invoice shortly after so your payment can be made. I accept BACS, cash or card payments.
All major credit and debit cards are also accepted. A 3% transaction fee will apply. Please contact Design FX if you would prefer to pay by card instead.
Step 2 – Receive your first logo designs and provide feedback
Depending on the logo design package selected, you will receive 2, 4 or 6 logo design concepts within 3 working days maximum via email. Do not rush giving feedback but make sure you take all of the designs in and work out what you would like to take forward. Send an email (preferred option) with your feedback. Don’t forget you can take as many of the logos forward, I do not force you to select one to work on.
Step 3 – Receive your new logo designs
Design FX will send an email with revisions you requested.
As in step 2 I will ask for logo feedback.
You can ask for as many rounds of changes – I will keep making design amendments until the point you are 100% happy.
Step 4 – Approval
At the point you sign off your final logo design I will create various file formats and will send them via email or
MailBigFile online (a CD can be posted on request for £10.00).
Other design work will begin depending on your design package.
