When do you start working on my project?

I will start work on your project as soon as I receive your logo design brief and 50% deposit. Please note the 50% deposit does not apply to the £99 Budget Logo Package; payment is due in full before work starts.
Are there any other hidden charges for my logo design?

All of my package prices are fixed, with no hidden charges whatsoever. I also offer a 100% risk free money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose when you place an order for a new logo with Design FX Studio.
How soon will I receive my logo?

You won’t have to wait long. Your first round of initial concepts will land in your inbox between one and three business days after I receive your payment; the turnaround time will depend on the package you have chosen. I am normally able to finalise a logo within a week (after continued revisions), depending on the range and extent of the changes you would like me to make.
How many revisions am I allowed?

Absolutely! Adjust and revise to your heart’s content with my unlimited revisions*. It’s like having a personal logo buffet – you can keep adding to your plate until it’s just right (*the only exception is my startup package, which is a bit more like a set menu).
Is there a limit on the number of designs I can revise?

Not at all. Feel free to experiment and explore adjustments* across any design that’s not quite there yet. I’m committed to getting it perfect for you (*just a little reminder about the startup package exclusions).
Will you use templates or clip art in your designs?

Absolutely not! Every logo I create is crafted from scratch to ensure you receive a design that’s not only original but also tailored specifically to reflect the uniqueness of your brand.
What if I don’t like the first round of concepts?

While I’m confident you’ll be impressed with the initial concepts, your complete satisfaction is my priority. If the first drafts don’t meet your expectations, don’t worry—I offer the option to make unlimited revisions. Together, we’ll refine the designs based on your feedback until everything is spot-on (*note: this excludes my startup package).
Can I get my old logo design modified?

Yes, of course! Send over your current logo and let me know you’d like an update in your brief. I’m here to inject new life and vibrancy into your existing logo.
Can I finalise more than one logo?

Throughout the conceptual stage, I’ll develop a variety of designs for you to consider. Once you’ve chosen your favourite, that’s the one I’ll prepare the final files for. If you find yourself smitten with more than one design, I can provide additional files for a nominal fee to compensate for the extra time involved.
Do you charge to finalise my logo in different formats?

Not at all! Once your logo design is finalised, I’ll provide you with various versions of the logo formatted for different uses, all at no extra charge.
Will I own the copyright of the final logo design?

Yes, absolutely. The copyright is all yours once full payment is processed. You’re then free to copyright or trademark the design as you see fit.
What kind of files will I receive?

You will receive multiple file formats suitable for both print and digital use, including EPS, JPG, TIFF, PNG, and importantly, a scalable vector file. For more insights, please check out the ‘File Types Explained’ guide that accompanies your final package.

You will also receive a square version of your logo to use on your social media platforms and a Logo Design Style Guide detailing the fonts and colours used.
Can you manage the print process?

If you’re not already paired with a reliable print provider, and you need someone to guide you through the printing process, I’d be delighted to help. With extensive experience in sourcing and liaising with printers, I ensure you get the highest quality results at great prices.
Do you provide after-sales support?

Absolutely! Once we complete the logo design process, I’m still here to assist you with any aftercare needs, such as downloading files, coordinating with printers, or selecting appropriate marketing materials. Plus, I maintain backups of all designs, so should you ever lose your files, just give me a call, and I’ll resend them promptly.

Had a great experience with DesignFX

After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for.

What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for.

If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need. But if your brand really matters to you, and you're looking for something that reflects you and the image you want to present, then it really pays off to go with a creative designer.
