A little bit about me…

When I’m not glued to my iMac working on exciting client projects, you’ll usually find me out with my camera photographing birds and wildlife, socialising with friends, or enjoying a weekend escape in our beloved caravan ‘Crystal’. I love exploring new places and making the most of the great outdoors whenever I get the chance.

After more than three decades running Design FX Studio, I still genuinely love what I do and feel incredibly lucky to work with so many wonderful clients, many of whom have become familiar faces I’ve worked alongside for years.

Had a great experience with DesignFX

After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for.

What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for.

If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need. But if your brand really matters to you, and you're looking for something that reflects you and the image you want to present, then it really pays off to go with a creative designer.

As well as a great finished design, Natalie also made it a very rewarding process.
