I will start work on your project as soon as I receive your logo design brief and 50% deposit.
All of my package prices are fixed, with no hidden charges whatsoever. I also offer a 100% risk free money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose when you place an order for a new logo with Design FX Studio.
Your first round of concepts will be emailed to you between one and three business days after I receive your payment; the turnaround time will depend on the package you have chosen. I am normally able to finalise a logo within a week (after continued revisions), depending on the range and extent of the changes you would like me to make.
I offer unlimited revisions as standard within all of my packages, which means I go on fine-tuning your logo design until you are over the moon with the final version.
No, you can ask for as many changes, on as many designs, as many times as you like!
Never! All of my logos are created from scratch to ensure you receive a design that’s truly original.
I’m very confident in the quality of my designs, so I think it is extremely unlikely that there is nothing we can take forward to the second stage of revisions. If you’re not happy with the first drafts, though, don’t worry – I give you the option to make unlimited changes. I will make sure the revised designs follow your feedback and I’ll work with you closely until we’re both happy with what’s being produced.
Yes, of course! Please send me a copy of your latest version of your logo design and mention in your logo design brief that you want me to breathe new life into your existing concept. I’ll happily give it a fresh look.
Although I will explore various different designs during the conceptual stage of the process, once you’ve picked your favourite from the selection I’ve provided, I will only supply the final files for this logo. If you would like me to provide you with the files for additional logos, I will need to charge you a small extra fee to cover the time involved.
No! When you’ve signed off your design, I’ll send you different versions of the logo that are suitable for various applications, completely free of charge.
Once your order has been completed, and full payment has been received, you are the legal copyright owner of your logo design. You can get it copyrighted or trademarked if you wish.
I supply a number of files that are suitable for print and web use, including: EPS, JPG, TIF, PNG and crucially, a scalable vector file. Please read my ‘File Types Explained’ guide for a more detailed explanation of these different file types.
Also included in your package is a square version of your logo for you to use on your social media profiles and a Spec Sheet, which confirms all of the fonts and colours I’ve used to produce your design.
If you don’t already work with a reliable print provider, and you need someone to guide you through the printing process, I can help. I’ve got tonnes of experience in sourcing printers, comparing quotes and ensuring that you receive products that are of the best possible quality.
Once the logo design process is complete, I’ll still be here to tie up any loose ends for you. If you need help downloading your file, talking to your preferred printer or choosing the right marketing collateral for your campaign, remember that I’m just a phone call away. I also store back-ups of all of my logo designs, so in the unlikely event that you misplace your final copy, all you need to do is get in touch and I’ll forward it straight onto you.
I’m certain I’m your perfect logo design partner, but if you need a little more convincing, there’s plenty of information on my website about the approach I take towards all of my branding projects. Click on any of the links below to learn more.
