  • How many initial logo concepts will I receive?

    You’ll receive six initial logo design concepts in your first round of proofs to review and compare.

    You’re welcome to request changes to more than one of the designs while you explore the different directions. Once you’ve chosen the concept you’d like to take forward, I’ll continue refining it through the unlimited revision process until your final logo is approved.

    The Best-Seller Logo Package includes one finished logo design. If you decide you’d also like another concept finalised and supplied as an additional logo, this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

  • Can I make as many changes as needed?

    Yes. This package includes unlimited revisions, allowing me to continue refining your chosen design until everything feels exactly right.

  • Is this package suitable for start-ups?

    Absolutely. Many start-ups choose this package because it provides more creative flexibility and a wider range of design options during the development process.

  • Can you work from an existing logo concept I’ve already created?

    Absolutely. Feel free to send over rough ideas, sketches or AI-generated inspiration – they can help me understand the creative direction you’d like your new bespoke logo to take.

    If you already have an AI-generated logo that you want professionally redrawn or refined rather than redesigned, my AI Logo Design & Refinement package may be a better fit.

  • What happens once my logo design has been approved?

    You’ll receive your final logo artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, JPEG and PNG formats, together with your Logo Design Guide and File Type Guide so you know what has been supplied and which file to use for different applications.

Had a great experience with DesignFX After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for. What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for. If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need.
