  • When should I consider redesigning my logo?

    If your logo feels outdated, no longer reflects your services or the business has changed significantly since it was created, a re-design may be the right next step.

  • Do I need to keep elements of my current logo?

    Not necessarily. Some businesses prefer a completely fresh start, while others want to keep one or two familiar elements such as a colour, symbol or feature customers already recognise.

    That can all be discussed as part of the brief.

  • Will I receive completely new logo concepts?

    Yes. You’ll receive six initial logo concepts based around your new direction, giving us the freedom to explore fresh ideas rather than simply reworking the existing design.

    Once you’ve chosen the direction you’d like to develop, I’ll continue refining it through the unlimited revision process until your final logo is approved.

  • What’s the difference between Logo Re-design and Logo Refresh?

    If you want to explore a much fresher creative direction, Logo Re-design is the better fit.

    If you mainly want to modernise your existing logo while keeping its familiar identity and recognisable elements, my Logo Refresh Package is usually more appropriate.

  • Can you keep part of my existing logo but change everything else?

    Absolutely. A full re-design doesn’t have to mean throwing away every recognisable element.

    If there’s a colour, icon, shape or other feature worth retaining, I can use that as a link between the old and new identity while still taking the overall design in a much fresher direction.

  • What happens once my new logo design is approved?

    You’ll receive your final logo artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, JPEG and PNG formats, together with your Logo Design Guide and File Type Guide so you know what has been supplied and which file to use for different applications.

Had a great experience with DesignFX After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for. What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for. If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need. But if your brand really matters to you, and you're looking for something that reflects you and the image you want to present, then it really pays off to go with a creative designer.
