Over time, many businesses lose access to their original logo artwork files, leaving them with only an old JPEG, PNG or low-resolution version that is no longer suitable for print, signage or other larger applications.

If you’re happy with your existing logo but need it recreated correctly, my Logo Repair Package is designed to accurately rebuild the artwork and provide the file formats you need for print and digital use.

This can also include logos originally created in Canva or other online design platforms where the correct vector artwork is no longer available.

Sometimes you don’t need a new logo at all – you simply need the one you already have prepared properly for future use.

Why recreate your logo as vector artwork?

An old JPEG or PNG may look perfectly fine on screen, but problems often appear when you need to enlarge it for signage, clothing, exhibition graphics or high-quality print.

Recreating the logo as vector artwork means it can be scaled from something as small as a business card to large-format graphics without losing quality.

  • I only have an old JPEG or PNG of my logo. Can you help?

    Absolutely. If you’re happy with the design, I can recreate it as clean, scalable vector artwork and supply the correct files for print and digital use.

  • Can you convert my logo into a vector file?

    Yes. I’ll accurately recreate the existing artwork as a vector rather than simply enlarging or converting the low-resolution image. This means your logo can be reproduced at different sizes without losing quality.

  • Why do I need vector artwork?

    Vector artwork can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making it particularly useful for signage, branded clothing, embroidery, exhibition graphics and professional print.

  • Can you recreate my logo exactly as it currently looks?

    Yes. The purpose of the Logo Repair Package is to retain your existing design as closely as possible rather than change its appearance.

    If you’d like to modernise or alter the design at the same time, my Logo Refresh Package may be more suitable.

  • Can you repair a logo created in Canva?

    Yes. If you’ve created a logo in Canva and are happy with the design but now need scalable artwork and the correct files for suppliers, the Logo Repair Package is usually the right fit.

    If you’d like to change or modernise the design as well, my Logo Refresh Package may be more appropriate.

  • What files will I receive?

    You’ll receive your recreated logo in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, JPEG and PNG formats, together with your Logo Design Guide and File Type Guide so you know what has been supplied and which file to use for different applications.

Had a great experience with DesignFX After using AI to brainstorm a few ideas myself, I sent my thinking to Natalie. She took the time to fully understand the business, my market and customer base. She also listened to my early ideas on the type of illustrated logo I was looking for. What Natalie created exemplified the kind of image I was going for. She had really taken onboard everything I'd said but also had the creative confidence to offer alternatives to some of my more undefined ideas to produce something better than I had hoped for. If you're looking for a logo that covers the basics then AI can often give you what you need.
